As a first time home buyer Stephanie took special care to explain and be supportive through every stage in the process. She walked me through all of the details and connected me with trusted individuals in home inspection, mortgage loans, title services and more who ensured I was able to close on my home. Stephanie and her team provided lists of instructions for first time home owners, a to do list complete with phone numbers of local electric, gas, water, waste disposal and sanitation as well as a complete list of referrals to local services from plumbing and painting to masonry. Stephanie was consistently incredibly responsive in answering texts, calls and e-mails even on a holiday weekend and while out of town. I can't imagine a better experience in buying a home and look forward to working with Stephanie again in the future.
Stephanie was absolutely amazing to work with. She answered all of our questions as well as helped with things we didn’t even know we would need help with. She was very knowledgeable about the area and always super speedy with responding to our texts and calls. She got us the best deal by helping us negotiate with the seller and was never bothered by anything we asked (even if we asked the same thing over and over and still didn’t understand!)
